Together with the Venue Manager, I oversaw a team of over 20 employees in a 600-seat restaurant, gaining invaluable experience in leadership, operations, and hospitality management. This role provided me with a deep understanding of mixology, team dynamics, and the service industry as a whole. In addition to coordinating staff and daily operations, my responsibilities included hosting private events, conducting staff trainings on bartending techniques, customer service, and venue safety, as well as ensuring a consistently high standard of guest experience.
